Anchored in Gallup’s StrengthsFinder and framed by the concepts of Design Thinking, GlobalX is focused uniquely on helping each individual maximize their education opportunities and use their experiences to find a path to a career they love.
Institutional Partnership Models
Short Term
Designed to ensure before, during and after programming that enhances a summer period of study, internship or volunteering, participants will maximize their experience and gain essential career readiness skills and professional documents for applying for jobs and internships.
Academic Year
This program, ideally is built around a intensive three step process that helps provide career readiness, improve academic advising and retention. Focused on building self awareness and confidence in exploring the world of work and developing essential life and career skills.
Academic Four Year Plan
Finding direction and a career you love takes the right building blocks that few institutions are able to deliver. This multi-year program provides an outsourced career services option that is extremely personalized and focused each year to ensure improved retention and employment outcomes.
